That’s what the infographic “Are Tablet Buyers Taking Over Ecommerce?” published by Monetate actually shows us.
According to ReadWriteWeb in September 2011 alone, nearly half of tablet owners made purchases on their devices. Already 12% of the Internet-using U.S. owns a tablet and, according to Forrester, “tablet users in the U.S. are estimated to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 51% from 2010 to 2015.“
